Welcome to Pinnacle Peak Llama Ranch's website.

Spring crias are arriving!

We are a small llama ranch located in the cool Ponderosa pines of Parks, Arizona.

We have a few llama babies (crias) every year which we offer for sale, and we keep our herd numbers small in order to give each llama the individual care and attention they deserve.

Our breeding goal is to produce llamas with strong bodies, sound conformation and good temperments.  The icing on the cake is their incredibly soft and fine fleece.  We don't breed for specific trends, and are more interested in producing well-rounded llamas who are comfortable on the trail, in the show ring and as important family members.

New to llamas?  Are you interested in owning llamas?  Read our About Llamas page for more information about owning llamas, and get the answer to the question
"What do you do with a llama?"

Pinnacle Peak Llamas can be seen at local, regional and national llama events, as well as some alpaca events.  Check our Events page for up-to-date information on what is happening in the Southwest region.

Ranch visits are always welcome; please call ahead to make sure we are there.

Chilean Outlaw

We offer summer boarding (May thru Oct) at our Parks ranch.  Located at an elevation of 7400 feet, Parks is one of the coolest places to be during the hot summer months, especially for llamas.

There are several llama shows held each year in Arizona.  We have also hosted an ALSA Llama Fleece Beginner's Clinic in March 2005 at our Scottsdale ranch.  More information can be found on the Events page.

I encourage you to check out the different pages on this website and check back frequently.  I added a page about my experience with rattlesnake bites to llamas, and I will be adding more information on llama fiber, fiber processing and llama health & care.

Other services include shearing, transportation, fiber processing, stud services, and routine maintenance.  We actively show our llamas at ALSA shows and local futurities, and we normally have a nice selection of llamas available for sale to choose from.
